When you disconnect from Clever, students and teachers will no longer log in to Renaissance through Clever. You need to set new passwords for your students and teachers so that they can log in to Renaissance directly. Students and teachers cannot log in until you set new passwords. There are a few ways to do this:
- Import a CSV file with a password for each user; you must import a separate file for each school. As you add users to the file(s), make sure you match the names, IDs, and/or user names in Renaissance so that the existing users will be updated. To prepare the file for each school, see Requirements for Preparing Files for Single-School File Import. To import the files, see How to Import a Single-School File.
- Contact Renaissance about purchasing Custom Data Integration (CDI) to integrate with your school's system.
- Manually edit the information for each student and each teacher.
Going forward, you can use the same methods to update your users and class information as changes need to be made.
You should also make sure that the Renaissance application tile has been hidden in Clever since users can no longer use it to open Renaissance software. Make sure users have a bookmark or shortcut to the direct Renaissance URL instead.
