These steps tell you how teachers, administrators, and other staff see system status; other users can also see system status in the Customer Center.

Connection problems can prevent you from using Renaissance products. If you are noticing slowness, the current status symbol can help you diagnose the cause.
- Select any of the available Newer, Current, or Older buttons to change the timeframe of events you are looking at.
- Hover over a symbol or see the Legend to see what each symbols represents.
Use your browser's Back button or select one of the links at the top of the page to go somewhere else.
