Stopping an Accelerated Reader Quiz – Accelerated Reader

Students (while quizzing) and teachers (while taking sample quizzes) can use these steps to stop Reading Practice, Vocabulary Practice, Literacy Skills, and Other Reading Quizzes. (Article quizzes cannot be stopped.) No data is saved from a stopped quiz; the student will have to retake it.

Select Stop Quiz in the top left corner.
Type the monitor password (a teacher or administrator password won't work).

The monitor password is set in the Monitor Password - Reading Quizzes Preference.

Click Okay. The program stops the quiz.

Click Cancel if you do not want to stop the quiz. The program will return you to the most recent quiz question.
