Your Accelerated Reader subscription includes a student capacity. Each student who takes an Accelerated Reader quiz counts against that capacity. If you exceed the capacity, additional students can still take quizzes, but this could affect future invoicing. If you have questions, please contact Support or your Renaissance representative.
Your capacity usage resets twice each year:
- on the start date of your subscription for the year, and
- on September 1
To see the student capacity that your school has used and has available, district administrators can follow these steps:
- Select your initials in the top right corner of the Home page. Then, choose Manage Apps & Users.
- Select Product Administration on the Manage Apps & Users page.
- Select Subscriptions & Capacity on the Product Administration page. You will go to the Subscriptions and Capacity page, where you can see the subscription dates, capacity used, and capacity available.
